This Privacy Policy explains what information the Numbers Addict mobile game (the “App”), published by Baring's Prod (“we”, “us”), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the App to require no account and no sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
1. Who we are
The App is developed and published by Baring's Prod. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@barings-prod.com.
2. Information we process
We do not collect directly identifying personal information (such as your real name or email). Depending on how you use the App, the following data may be processed:
a. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob, with mediation from AppLovin and Vungle (Liftoff). To serve ads and measure them, these providers may process a mobile advertising identifier (Apple’s IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad-interaction data.
- On iOS, personalized advertising that relies on the IDFA is only used if you allow it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we present a Google-certified consent request before serving personalized ads.
- You can remove ads entirely with the optional in-app purchase (see §2f).
b. Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example which screens are opened and how often features are used — so we can improve the game. This includes app events, a resettable installation identifier, and general device information.
c. Crash reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to receive automatic crash and stability reports. These typically include device model, operating-system version, and technical state at the time of a crash, so we can fix bugs.
d. Feedback you send
If you choose to send us feedback from within the App, your message is stored using Cloud Firestore (Google) together with the app version, device model, operating-system version, and language, so we can understand and answer your feedback. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
e. Scores, leaderboards and nickname
- Global leaderboard: if you submit a high score, the nickname you type and your score are sent to our servers and shown publicly on the global leaderboard. Choose a nickname that does not identify you if you prefer to stay anonymous.
- Game Center / Google Play Games: if you use leaderboards and achievements, your scores and progress are handled by Apple Game Center (on iOS) or Google Play Games (on Android) under their own privacy policies.
f. In-app purchases
The App offers optional purchases (an ad-removal subscription and a level-unlock purchase). Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase or restoration occurred, but we never receive or store your payment card details.
3. How we use the data
- To operate the game and its features (scores, leaderboards, achievements, purchases).
- To display advertising and support the free version of the App.
- To measure usage and improve stability, performance, and features.
- To respond to feedback and support requests.
4. Third-party services
The services above are provided by third parties who process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Games) — policies.google.com/privacy
- AppLovin — applovin.com/privacy
- Vungle / Liftoff — vungle.com/privacy
- Apple (App Store, Game Center) — apple.com/legal/privacy
5. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are retained for the periods set by the respective Google services. Feedback messages and submitted scores are kept as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can ask us to delete feedback or a submitted score by contacting us.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age required by your local law (for example, 13 in the United States or 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the App does not use accounts, please contact us so we can help you exercise these rights. You can also:
- reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings;
- change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or opt out of ad personalization in Android settings;
- remove ads via the in-app purchase.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be reflected here.
9. Contact
For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at contact@barings-prod.com.
